Membership Application

Instructions

  • First year membership is free!
  • Please fill out forms as completely as you can.
  • You may optionally pay in advance for the eight UMRA program and repasts along with your renewal (during certain times of the year). No refunds are available; a missed program/repast will be considered a donation to UMRA.
  • Advance program and repast payment includes reservations for each of the eight monthly meetings.
  • To pay with a credit card or through Paypal (no account needed), select "Pay by Credit Card."  On the PayPal site you have 2 options:  pay with your PayPal account, or by credit card. 
  • To pay by check, complete all of this form, then select "pay by check".   Print the completed form and mail it in to UMRA with your check.
  • In both cases your new membership record will be created.  However, when you pay by check your record will not be marked "active" until your check has been received and processed.

Newsletter Preference

All members receive UMRA's monthly newsletter by email, which includes a link to a printable PDF. You may also elect to receive a print version by U.S. mail. Note: the print newsletter arrives 7-10 days after the e-news is distributed. There is a limit of one print newsletter per household.
